School Tour Volunteers

Tours and activities are scheduled through the school year for elementary school students to learn about the history of the Pitot House and life in New Orleans in the 19th century. A typical school visit will include a house tour, game, and 2 hands-on activities. Our trained volunteers of the Education Committee lead games and activities in short sessions (20 minutes) for small groups of children (maximum 10 per group).
